Hi, I'm Linda Herrera

Seeing Beyond the Future

My passion lies in helping others set goals beyond what they’ve ever imagined.

For individuals, this means helping you explore what you’re capable of then guiding you to resources, tools and trainings to help you reach your highest potential.

For organizations, this means analyzing systems and structures to help identify barriers to equity and inclusion.

When we are intentional about how we respect ourselves and others, anything is possible.

Let’s live lives we are excited about and help others reach their full potential along the way—the time to start is now!

Growth from Humble Beginnings

I am a Latina woman of Mexican heritage who was raised in a very traditional Mexican family. Being the eldest of seven children, I had many responsibilities at a very young age. When I was around five years old, we became migrant farm workers and traveled to many states in pursuit of seasonal work. Eventually my parents decided to settle in Oregon and I was able to finish high school and attend college.

As the former Diversity and Equity Officer for Chemeketa Community College, and having served the Latino/a community since 1987, I've involved myself in initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. My experience at Chemeketa and as a migrant farm worker shaped my past, present and future and I am dedicated to empowering organizations and community members through education and professional support.
